Day Two on Juice fast
Hi Everybody,
In one year full of depression I gained 33 kilos. (73 pounds) It was quite a huge change for me which depressed me even more. I've tried so many diets and nothing is working. I finally came accross juice dieting and decided to give it a go. I started on Monday the 25th, I was able to do it the whole day, then at night, I binged.
Made me so angry. Tuesday I woke up with a positive outlook, so I decided to do it again. I actually lasted the whole day! And I woke up today and I have already lost 2 kilos! (4.4 pounds)
Now I'm in my second day. It's no joke. It's really hard. Extremely hard! And I have to keep drinking juice, water, and coffee to keep me going. I'm also drinking milk though.
I feel extremely confident that this will work and I'm so happy to find such an active community in this.
So far from 216.26 pounds (98.3 kilos) down to 211.86 pounds! (96.3 kilos) woohoo! Still have a long way to go, but I'll get there.
I want to know if it's okay to drink caffeine on a juice fast?
