Hello ladies, my name is SunStorm from Houston. I am a currently a college student.

I found this site by googling around workout regimens. I lurked a bit and really admire the unity and support that you ladies have for one another and thought I'd join.

A bit about my background: I was sexually abused as a child and packed on weight really young. Since then, I have begun healing and now I am ready to get in shape and be healthy and love myself. I tried to lose weight before, but I was doing it for other reasons. Weight loss isn't hard when I THINK about it, but thinking and doing are two different things.

I am really looking forward to interacting with you all and sharing my journey with you.

Welcome to 3fc SunStorm! I understand how u feel about the abuse. I was raped when i was 14 and i really let myself go after that. I was still larger but nowhere near as large as i am now. I think for me i tried to present myself as unattractive so nobody would be interested. That way i wouldn't be raped again...

But now its been 10 years and i'm a new woman. I still have some fear but i will not put my health in jeopardy anymore. I've fixed myself up and now im trying to get this weight off!
