Hi all!
I was wondering if any of you stayed on induction longer than the 2 weeks specified?
And if so couldyou tell me your stats(how long it took to loose x amount)?

I basically never left phase 1 while I was doing South Beach (so about 2.5 months). I was pretty steady at losing 1-2 lbs per week.

I lasted only 2 weeks on phase 1. I had to have my cereal and banana for breakfast. :) I have been on SB for about 3 1/2 weeks.

It's best to stay on it for two weeks and then move on to Phase 2. You will still lose if you stick to the plan. If you are concerned about eating too much, you could track your portions/calories with Weight Watchers or calorie counting. Staying on Phase 1 will not really help you lose any faster.
