Hi All!
I am new to Ideal Protein and this site. I started IP on Friday April 15, 2011. My offical weigh in is Monday due to the holiday...but I weighed myself this morning (couldn't help it!) and I am down 11 pounds! I am so so excited and motivated now!! This diet is hard, strict, and I want to cheat cheat cheat...but I am so glad I weighed myself and saw the loss or else I think I would have cheated tomorrow (Easter dinner and yummy desserts!)
Anyway, I find that I am still getting hungry around 2:30pm-ish. I usually snack on pickles or cucumbers and I am drinking water way more than what is expected. I am following the plan to the T. I had the headaches for the first 3 days, that is gone now thank goodness!!
I wanted to ask if anyone could help with these questions:
* How do I do a weight ticker and have it posted where I can see it and when I post reply's?
* Any suggestions on foods and how to help with my inbetween meals hunger?
