Default Trying to fit into my birthday dress

Today I tried on my dress and it fits but it could look better. It fits so much better now that I have lost 3 lbs. I bought the dress 6 months ago and now my body is finally to a point where I would wear the dress. My party is on saturday that is 4 days away. I know I can't lose any real weight in that time I just want to maybe look a little lighter. Today I ate:
Breakfast: slim fast
Lunch: salad just lettuce, carrots turkey
snack: cheese and crackers
dinner: stir fry pork with white rice
the one thing i had today that was bad was 2 glasses of irish cream with milk

You can reduce your water intake starting Thursday and avoid sodium as much as possible. Assuming you've been drinking a lot of water this will make you look slightly leaner by Saturday.
