I was thinking about getting a Zumba workout video and was wondering if anyone here has tried it and what you thought about it??

I joined a Zumba class and let me tell you....it is a work out. I go for my second one on Thursday night.

Can't speak to the videos, but I loooove zumba and cardio hip-hop. I burn on the order of 600 cals/hour according to my heart rate monitor.

ive never done the zumba dvds but i take the class at the gym every week and i LOVE it. Its really REALLY fun and you'd be surprised of how much it increases your stamina!

I got the Zumba DVDs for Christmas and just started doing them, I wanted to get a feel for it before trying a class. So far, I really enjoy it, which is shocking, as I'm not one that generally enjoys working out. I am doing a 20-minute workout right now and just after a week, I feel better and I'm going to move up to the next level video. I think I'm going to give it a month and then try a class.
