I feel like I gained 20lbs today. I know I didn't...but I feel like it.


I've been 100% on plan this week...but I don't feel like I've lost anything. I'm anxious to weight in this week. I'm just afraid that my meeting this week is going to get cancelled because of the weather.

that sucks. Is it one of those days where your mind is perceiving yourself as looking gross even though you look the same as yeterday?

I totallllyyy understand your feeling! I call them my fat days. No matter how much weight I lose some days I just feel like I've gained 10+ pounds! Of course in our head we know that isn't the case but it doesn't change the way I FEEL. LOL

Just keep on truckin!
