  • Got a new digital scale for christmas so i'm excited to track my weight and see it go dowwwwn. I WILL be below 140 by the end of the month.

    i know that about 5 pounds is water weight and colon weight and i quit eating gluiten so i know ill lose 10 ponds from that alone so i figured id shoot for 17 pounds this month i'm going to weight in again in 2 weeks becuase if i get on the scale before then ill get discouraged
