Of my new way of living, and healthy lifestyle change. I can't wait to get the remaining pounds off for good. I feel so much better, and look way better than I did before. My husband has lost 20 lbs, and the funny thing is right now I am at his starting weight (give or take a few pounds, he and I are the same height)
So glad I started when I did. I am looking forward to the spring and summer for the first time in my life (I always dreaded it--being a hot, sweaty pig and uncomfortable in tank tops and shorts, not to mention bathing suits!)
Coolest thing, I am about 60 lbs less than my highest weight that I know of, and about 40 lbs less than when I left the hospital after giving birth to my daughter 21 months ago. In fact, I've just about lost two of her!!! Wow!!!
