I am addicted to this class! I was just wondering if anyone else out there took this class and loves it as much as I do? Compare weights? Compare results etc....
ooooh sounds cool! I really love Group Power because it makes weight lifting fun! It's so much more motivating and exciting than just doing a circuit. And I am getting soooo strong! Love it
Our gym has Group Power, but I am not sure I am ready for it, because I have foot/ankle/knee issues and holding weight makes everything worse.
I have been taking the Group Active class at our gym, that is hard for me, but do-able, just. I really like it! I've gotten a little stronger and my balance has improved.
