It s about eating disorder.

I watched it and really liked it. I saw a lot of similarities between myself and the two people on the show. I know they both had extreme problems with binging and purging, and I have big problems with binging. It was interesting to watch the one part where the therapist showed the young man how much control food has over him. I never really thought about how controlling food is of me. I think about it constantly, what am I going to eat next, I really want to eat this, but I shouldn't... I plan on making it part of my weekly shows and keep watching it as I learned something about myself from watching it along with some new strategies to keep food from having so much control in my life.

I saw the first episode, and found it very interesting. I'll watch anything that has to do with diet or weird eating habits. I felt bad for the anorexic girl. She really doesn't know how skinny and unhealthy she is (she said she only eats a couple bites of oatmeal a day).
