Is egg salad OK on phase 1?
The only things I put in it were eggs, onions, about a tsp of mustard, and about 1/2 cup (prob. a little less than that) of reduced fat dressing. I was in a crunch for time, so this is what we had for lunch. I didn't have any bread with it. I had about 1/2-3/4 cup. Is this a no no? (sorry, BTW. I am horrible at trying to decide what is acceptable and what is not!)
