September Shredders - 30 day accountability thread
I'm starting up the 30 day shred again tonight and I WILL finish it this time! Instead of starting a new post each day I'll come back and edit this message to update my progress. Feel free to join me fellow shredders!

I'm in! I actually started Day 1 yesterday! I did it a few times last spring but never the 30 consecutive days. I'm really excited to try it and see results.
My starting weight is 146.0
Bust: 38
Waist: 29
Hips: 40

Day 3: Today's really hurt for some reason, it was a struggle to finish with 2 & 5 lb weights.
I'll just add each day as I do it, and compare end stats. Good Luck!!
I've tried this a couple times the most recent being about a month ago but I was also training for 7 mile road race at the time and it was too hard to do the shred every day. I'll add my info later.
