September Shredders - 30 day accountability thread

  • I'm starting up the 30 day shred again tonight and I WILL finish it this time! Instead of starting a new post each day I'll come back and edit this message to update my progress. Feel free to join me fellow shredders!

  • Are you planing on taking any rest days ... or are you going to do it every day.

    I really want to do it every day but I am not sure if is OK.
  • I'm in! I actually started Day 1 yesterday! I did it a few times last spring but never the 30 consecutive days. I'm really excited to try it and see results.

    My starting weight is 146.0

    Day 3: Today's really hurt for some reason, it was a struggle to finish with 2 & 5 lb weights.

    I'll just add each day as I do it, and compare end stats. Good Luck!!
  • I'm in too and I started Day 1 yesterday too

    I've tried this a couple times the most recent being about a month ago but I was also training for 7 mile road race at the time and it was too hard to do the shred every day. I'll add my info later.

    I will try to do it every day ...

  • Hello I am going o do day 3 right now... But I made a decision , i going to do it 5 times a week Monday to Friday.
