Default Missed my long run...make it up?

So a chest infection AND a 24 hr stomach bug knocked me out this weekend and I missed my long run thus weekend. Do I make it up Monday and run 5 days next week instead of my normal 4 or just start fresh with the next training week? Or run the usual 4 days but have 2 long runs? My long runs are only 6 miles right now and my short and medium runs are 3 and 4 miles. I'm also on a short training week this weekend because of some preplanned events so my rest days won't be able to be split up this week.

I wouldn't run 5 days it may stress your body too much and make you sick again... I'd start fresh with the next training week...But that's just me, I don't believe in pushing myself that much
