Ok! I have been on countless diets, did good for a couple of weeks, then gave up when it didnt fall off overnight or when i had slip ups!
Well I started my lifestyle change on jan 1, 2010 as my resolution. Started at 204 lbs. and have been losing an average of 1 pound a week according to the app on my ipod touch. I record my weight every month on the 31st. Some months i lost around 4-7 lbs and one month i lost 1 and another i lost none. Well i am so pround of my butt! i have stuck hard to my resolution, ate what i craved but only in moderation and plugged along
and i have never been able to say this in my entire life, but i am now down 35 pounds!
Yep, back in the 169's Woot Woot! i really only have around ten to lose left! Holy cow! If i can come this far then anyone can!!! My life was calling and i finally picked up the phone! Good luck beautiful people of 3fc!!!!!
So fast results wasnt what i was truly looking for! I was looking for real results! !!
