I don't know if you guys have done anything like this in this group, but it's something the 100 lb. club group does and I used to love it when I hung out in there. It's a nice way to stay accountable each day. You give yourself points for sticking to your eating plan, doing your exercise, and drinking your water, and you keep coming back to the same post and updating it with your points each day. Then at the end, one person wins for having the most points. Here's the thread for the May challenge in their group, if you want to see it explained better!
