Arrow It's the little things

Tonight, my husband and I went out for dinner. Instead of driving, we rode our bikes. I'll admit that we did ride very slowly as to not show up at the restaurant sweaty and gross, but at least we burned a few calories on the way there and back!

By not driving a car, it was better for our health and it lessened our environmental footprint. Win, win!

That's great!

I did something similar on Friday. I needed to go into the city (10 min bus journey) to do some shopping but it was a nice day so I gave myself plenty of time and SO and I walked there and back, 25 mins each way.

I really think that sensible choices like that make such a difference.
