Red face Best Low cal Ice-creams?

Hey everyone!
So with summer coming, I- a former icecream addict- am feeling a little nervous about the months to come~
I have seen some low cal, "healthy" Ice-pops, ice-cream sticks, sorbet tubs etc around on the internet which have very low calories and fat content...but they're US based~

Could any of you girls share your "healthy" ice-cream/sorbet/ice-pop alternatives which can be found here?

Thanks!

I know a good few people who buy those kids ice pop kits and use juice - so that's a good one.
M&S do a nice Mango sorbet - think is pretty low cal.

I am also n ice cream fiend, but have pretty much had to go cold turkey

I sometimes get Skinny Cow icecreams when I can get hold of them. Otherwise I get Carte d'or Light Vanilla and have a couple of scoops (nothing special, but good with a portion of summer berries) or if I'm out somewhere, Solero aren't too bad.

Default ice cream....

yes... I agree ice cream is tha thang... probably 1/2 my issue with gaining back last month!!

Ditto on the skinny cow. The mint cones are awesome and the ice cream sandwiches. I think I had a weight watchers ice cream bar a while back too which was good. This is a good thread, good idea!

I like the skinny cow ones too

Also I Love mini milks lollies, I can`t exactly remember but think they are 30-40 cals, so pretty good, but not to sure about fat content.

Tesco do a frozen yogurt with berries thats pretty good too.

Hopefully we will get some nice weather to eat them outside

1 pint of chocolate active lifestyle. It's 90 calories per serving and only 70mg of sodium. It's delicious.. but dont eat more than the serving size.. you'll regret it

The skinny cow ones sound yummy. They have a cookies n' cream one I can't wait to try.

My favourite is Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Frozen Yogurt. I actually like it much better than the ice cream, plus it's 100 cals less. It's gorgeous. I usually have it with fresh strawberries.

I usually stick a cup of Dannon light and Fit yogurt in the freezer and eat it later in the evening. The texture is like ice cream but the calories are not lol It satisfies me.

That reminds me - Yeo Valley's strawberry frozen yoghurt is delicious. I'd forgotten about that and now I want some...

Klondike has 100 ice cream bars. On and off the stick. Skinny Cow has good ones too.
