Support Groups - Lo Carb weigh in 9/13

I am very pleased to report that I am 236#'s
Closer to my first goal of getting rid of the weight I regained since my journey began!

I do not daqre weigh in i will on monday though. i have been carbing it for a few days so i am not a pretty site!! it will b3e about 185!1 although i was down again to 177 still not virgin fat hopefully after this body shake up i will hit the virgin fat territory!!
