Well what I mean w/ the BMI thing is it's only a very broad overview...
BMI doesn't show that despite being "Obese" I train 2-3 hours a day, Ride 50+ miles on a bike, Run 9+ miles at a time... and was still "obese". I was a lot fitter then lots of normal weight people.
People with more muscle mass often find themselves in the overweight/obese category w/o having that much "fat" to lose. Not saying that's the case here... as a woman I only carry so much muscle mass (although I do have strong legs!) and definately need to lose a bit more.
Just have to take BMI with a grain of salt I guess is what I meant.
