Default Guess who's only Overweight today?!

Me!!! Yeay! BMI: 29.95

30 more lbs to go.

I know BMI labels mean nothing, but get tagged with that label for 18+ years and you get tired of it...

so it seems like a cool thing to celebrate regardless.

That's fabulous, well done! I'm striving towards being overweight as my next major goal so I know how special it is to you.

Idealmuse! I don't think BMI means nothing. It's another way to gauge your healthy weight range.

Well what I mean w/ the BMI thing is it's only a very broad overview...

BMI doesn't show that despite being "Obese" I train 2-3 hours a day, Ride 50+ miles on a bike, Run 9+ miles at a time... and was still "obese". I was a lot fitter then lots of normal weight people.

People with more muscle mass often find themselves in the overweight/obese category w/o having that much "fat" to lose. Not saying that's the case here... as a woman I only carry so much muscle mass (although I do have strong legs!) and definately need to lose a bit more.

Just have to take BMI with a grain of salt I guess is what I meant.

Congratulations!! That's fabulous!! I cannot WAIT until my stupid Wii Fit will tell me I'm normal instead of overweight, so I know completely how you feel.
