Mine is 218. I am currently at 227 :) Hopefully I can pull this off. This is the first mini goal I have actually set for myself. What about you?

My goal for this month is between 200-205. I'm currently 209lbs.

My monthly goal for April is eight inches from my waist arms and thighs (4-2-2).

My mini goals are:

Mini goal 1: 265 - size 18
Mini goal 2: 240 - size 16
Mini goal 3: 220 - size 14
Mini goal 4: 195 - size 12 first time since 1996
Mini goal 5: 170 - size 10
Mini goal 6: 150 - size 8 - goal weight/size
Mini goal 7: 135 - ULTIMATE WEIGHT GOAL !!

currently at 281 (beginning weight), won't actually start until 4/12/10. Goal for end of April is 266! :p

My goal for this month is to weigh 132. Thats a 4lb loss. (Currently 136) Last month I tried to lose 2lbs a week, and that is just plain hard to do when I am at what is considerd a 'healthy' weight. I ended up dropping my calories way too low, and only losing 2lbs all month!

Since I am just beginning, I don't have an exact weight in mind. I want to be able to move from my 22 stretch jeans into my 18's. I'm starting VERY small. LOL I also want to get an elliptical machine at home by the end of the month. I live in a small town and the only gyms are "Boy's Clubs". I will be trying to go to the track and walk at least 3 days a week. My only problem is that I don't have a babysitter for my kids. But I should burn more calories by pushing a disagreeable stroller.

9lbs will be great.

I actually used to be that way. Talk about setting yourself up for disappointment!:devil:

My current weight is 206/207 I will work hard this month to hopefully lose 9/10 lbs and be at 197/196 on may 4th.

Goals for April-

1. Stop time by April 21st @ 11:59pm so I don't turn 31!

2. Reach 170lbs (currently 180.1)

3. Stop being obese and only be overweight (0.1 lbs away from that)

My goal for this month is to get under 280 (I am currently at 283) - I believe I will lose more than that but I try to set myself up for success by setting super realistic goals lol Then any more loss is a bonus :)

Well Happy Earth day and Happy Birthday as well. Girl I wish I could go back to 23, enjoy it. Actually it only really gets better as you get older. I hate the fact that I'm turning 31, but I can't really complain because I'm so incredibly happy w/where my life and career is. Just keep telling yourself that it's only a number, and number I love to say is 29+2!!!!

Scale goal: lose about 8 lbs (get to 143)
Non-scale goal: be able to run around this trail by my house in less than 35 minutes (it currently takes me 45 mins)

I guess my goal for the scale is to lose 7 more lbs. Exercise every day for the activity goal. Lots of housekeeping, spring cleaning.

I lose weight pretty fast so I'd like to be at 165 by May 1st. That's 12 pounds.

I want to get to my Weight Watchers 10% goal which is 106.5kg (235lbs) so that would mean a total loss of 11.9kg or 26lbs :D

I've already lost 4.9kg (11lbs).

I get a haircut at 5kg and a hair dye at 10kg (which I desperately need) so I'm thinking the gym and I are going to be best friends!!!

I'm currently 148 as of April 5th. My mini goal for April is 141.

That gives me 26 days to lose 7 lbs.

This goal is an uphill climb, but I also have a goal to exercise every day this month.

Soo, 8 pounds to my goal. My boyfriend is gonna take me on a rollerblading/Panera date if I reach my goal or go beyond it on May 3rd :)

My goal was to get out of the 190's and I've already met it. :D I like to keep goals obtainable I guess. Now I'd really like to blow through my 188 mini goal and hit the 185 mini goal (see signature) by the end of April.

Let's see, this will be the first time I really establish a clear short term goal, but I've lost 6.5 pounds in 5 days. I'm going to shoot for at least 6 pounds a week ( I have a lot to lose). So by the end of April I want to be down to 256. I can do this!

I've never set a mini goal but it sounds like a good idea and good way to stay motivated:D I'm currently at 212 so I'd like to get to 202. Really I want to get under 200 but we'll see:spin:

My goal this month is to consistently plan my food for the day - every day and log it.

Drink lots of water every day.

Do my stretches and strengthening exercises often.

Post at 3fc daily.

See the scale go DOWN.

Most of all - my goal is to have willingness to move forward in my journey of living with food in a sane and healthy manner.

My goal is 156 which is also my highschool weight (and mini goal #4!) I am currently 158.0 so I need to lose about a pound a week I think I can do it. Good luck ladies we can meet our goals! :)

I'm posting this for accountability...

My goal of losing 7-8 lbs in April is on target (so far). I'm down approximately 4 - 4.5 lbs as of today.

I need to stick with this. I want my weigh in on Friday to be pleasant. :carrot:
