Ok, i have been terribly guilty of "saving" points in the past and not eating my full amount because i just wasnt hungry or i was trying to loose a bit quicker. I did loose quicker, but the trouble is your body adjusts to this and then when you try and eat your full amount of points it backfires and you either stay the same or even gain half a pound or so. At least thats my experience of it anyway. congrats on your first day!
