Just because I expected it doesn't make it easier. I was told for the last week and half not to exercise because of a back injury. I was finally "cleared" to go back to the gym yesterday but it wasn't soon enough to effect this morning's weigh in!!
I am only 1.8 lbs away from the 150's and was sooo looking forward to that. But it wasn't meant to be today. So even though I am upset, as my friend said, "Hey at least you stayed the same and didn't gain!" True!
So I will concentrate on my points this week and get back to working out. Hopefully next week I can wave Goodbye to the 160's for good!
