I received a new list of starches from my center and thought I'd share.

Use these in place of the typical starch on the menu.
Meta Slim & Meta Balance
=================
1/4 C brown rice
1/4 C corn
1/4 C cooked legumes
1 1/4 oz cooked quinoa
2 oz sweet potato
2 oz baked potato
1/4 C cooked millet
1 1/4 oz cooked lentils
Any gluten free bread or pasta product can be consumed in 40 calorie servings
in place of starch for Meta Slim and Meta Balance.
These are pretty small amounts but it's nice to have a little more variety.
The center didn't say there were any restrictions. They just asked me if I had received a copy of the new approved starches. I'm currently on the green menu.

So on the green menu - Meta-Slim - you can now have the corn and potatoes.
