You did well to stay the same We missed you on the challenges. I'm still worried I won't be able to maintain if I slack off too much. Not been doing as well the last few weeks, especially the last few days. I will be back on track on SUnday - must make myself a new target then I can be focused again. 14 stone was my prepregnancy weight so now I'm just under that I don't feel as motivavted as I did at the moment.
We could be at our goals by this time next year - what do you think?
