Hello:
I have been struggling to control my sugar intake.
I have been going to meetings. But it just is getting too high for me. Plus the weigh ins intimidate me and I seem to do worse after that. I dont realy know what the problem is with me.
I realy need advice.
I havent missed yet usually go on Saturday morning.
Have lost 45 lbs. but it took me a long time .
I have an underactive thryroid and take blood thinners so I am not able to take something for the thyroid, the two medicines
dont go together very good.
I hope I hear from some of you.
