Why hello there!
Hi there!
I've had weight issues since the 9th grade, the year I graduated I started weight watchers with a goal of losing weight for graduation and prom *my start weight was 199, and by prom I was 170* I then started University that September and was at a happy 160 (I'm 5'6" with a large bone frame) and since my University was a tad far from home (8hr drive) I started emotionally eating and gained my weight little by little... at the end of that year I was about 205, once my 2nd year started I was about 210, and then was lonely again and crept up to 225. I then took a year off before starting my studies to become a Dental Hygienist, during this year off i decided I needed to take hold of my weight and joined Simply For Life... my start weight was 214.5 and I lost about 40 pounds, I then started to work and stresses at the job caused me to start neglecting my diet and start gaining again. Once September 2008 rolled around I was back to about 200 which I hated myself for going back to that. I am now in my 2nd and last year of my course... In June I will be a Registered Dental Hygienist, which I am so proud of, but I feel that my weight might make it difficult to work properly (back aches because of my double D's ect...) So I was at 262 pounds 3 weeks ago when I joined Weight Watchers once again with a couple girls in my class, and I've since lost 5.2lbs, which I'm pretty happy for, but I'm scared for the mountain of weight I have to lose... I hope to lose at least 10lbs before Christmas, but more would be even better haha!
I think I'll be going on this website everyday for support and good tips from everyone.
Let the adventure begin!
