Okay, I have been excercising for the past month. I ran 4 miles 3 days a week. I gained 8 pounds. I am 46 years old. I have no hormones and I constantly snack! I eat when I'm nervous or bored. I went out tonite and bought "full bars" I am going to give it a shot. I need to loose 20 pounds but I am so discouraged. I had breast cancer 4 years ago and had to have my ovaries removed last year. I can't take hormones so weight loss is much harder. I'll let you know if the full bars help
