Dull leg Pain? What is it and Why do I get it
I am hoping one of you can enlighten me about this.
I work out usually 6 days a week doing a combo of low and high impact aroebics. And it is getting to the point that at some point in the night I wake up with my quads have a dull ache. Not like a strain or really sore like I over did but just this low, dull pain.
Is this normal? Am I pushing to hard or could it be somehting else?
