Has anyone ever attempted to make their own protein bars?
I am so busy at lunch sometimes that all I can do is snarf down a bar (slim fast, soy one, etc). I have tried making my own but have yet to make one that has fiber, and protein that can actually hold together without too much sugar or fat. One that actually tastes half decent would be nice too. I would like to freeze them and take them to work.
