Fruit Smoothie and Frozen Pops
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
l cupfresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup apple juice
l banana
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth
Drink as is or freeze in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
Yields about 3 cups or 10 to 11 pops.

EGG MCMUFFIN
1 EACH ENGLISH MUFFIN
1/3 CUP EGG BEATERS 99%
Egg Substitute
1 slice Canadian Bacon
2 Tablespoons Nonfat Cheddar
cheese, shredded
l Tablespoon Nonfat cream cheese
Cook the egg substitute in a pan sprayed with cooking spray until done. (cook it like an omelet and fold over as it
gets cooked) Spread the cream cheese on each side of the muffin. Add the egg,bacon and sprinkle with the cheese. Microwave on high for 30-50 seconds until the cheese is melted.
