That's kind of how it goes for me, I lose it fast & then I bounce around the new lower weight while my body adjusts.
The downside is that I also gain it fast. My record is 5.8 lbs gained in one day
Hope I've seen the last of them days.
I'm pretty much out of the running for this one due to a hideous TOM expected this weekend (Provera stops tomorrow), but I'll play along until it gets too frustrating & I throw my scale out the window.
