Default 5 Pound Challenge #50
Here's to the big FIVE OH!! Our challenges have entered a new decade.

Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these.

Here's what to do:
Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.

Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.

The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

I'm in again. I'm finally getting rid of the symptoms of my unexpected drug switch, so soon I'll be able to do a little bit of exercise without worrying about passing out and hitting my head - there's a cast iron fireplace in my living room.

Thanks everyone!

That's kind of how it goes for me, I lose it fast & then I bounce around the new lower weight while my body adjusts.

The downside is that I also gain it fast. My record is 5.8 lbs gained in one day Hope I've seen the last of them days.

I'm pretty much out of the running for this one due to a hideous TOM expected this weekend (Provera stops tomorrow), but I'll play along until it gets too frustrating & I throw my scale out the window.
