Default 30DS calories...?

I just did day one of the 30DS! I FINALLY found it at target, I couldn't find it anywhere - it was always sold out. So I shelled out 15 bucks (way to much I know) but i wanted it!

So just wondering... how many calories does level 1 work out burn? I feel I could be burning so much more at the gym.... any advice from the 30DS veterans?

I'm not sure how many calories it burns. All I know is, I saw some awesome results with 30DS and I'm starting again on the 3rd after I'm moved to my new place. Moving, grrr.

If you feel like level 1 is a bit too easy, do it for a day or two and then up to level 2. That's what's great about an at home exercise! Good luck!

It also depends on the weights you're using 2 pound weights burn close to 175 .. anything heavier will burn more

I'm using 5 lbs (way to hard!!!)

Level 1 was a bit easy, but still very challenging, I was prepared for a full frontal sweating about to pass out work out. I'm sure level 2 will kick my tush though!

Anyone know how many you burn during Levels 2 & 3? Or is it the same? I have wondered - I haven't been able to really find an accurate calorie count.

You know, we should probably get a cut from the 30DS sales, I'm sure many of us bought it because everyone on this forum swears by it! I know I did haha

I do half & half. I start out trying to be like Natalie & then by the end I'm following Anita. I feel sorry for Natalie - at least we're allowed 5 second breaks! Maybe one day I'll be like her & be able to gun it the whole way through.

I log a calorie burn of 225 for each level, but it depends on your weight, the weights you use and how hard you push it. I did level 3 with 5 pound weights yesterday and I alternate levels all the time to keep my muscles guessing.

Hey girls! I use the daily plate exercise catalog to get my cals. I weigh much more than y'all. But 25 minutes of circuit training for me is 554 cals. I know that this is true b/c when I was at Curves I would burn 600 and I know that I'm working harder than I did then. But this is also for my height and weight. It will be different for everyone.

Yeah, we can't say how much YOU burn when you do the workout. It depends on a lot of factors.

With 30DS, its not just how many calories you burn DURING the workout, its about how much it boosts your metabolism and gives you muscle tone so you burn more calories around the clock!!

Also, I can do real push ups now!! I could never do that before!!! It makes me stronger!!

Oh, and don't let level one fool you, when you get to the last circuit of level 3, you'll think you're gonna die!!
