Dear Chickies,
I am very saddened to let you all know that our dear Ruthie's DH, Harry, passed away yesterday. As most of you know, he was in a nursing home the past several years.

Ruth, may you find some semblance of peace during this time. I wish there was something more I could say that would align your heart and mind in a time like this, but there is not. For some reason, suffering is an integral part of living. There are few times where we are not so attuned to life as when we are suffering.
Just remember him and love him, and be thankful that God let you know that love and memory.
You and your family are in our prayers, dear lady.
