Default Salad dressing question...

What exactly do they mean by "low carb salad dressing". How many carbs per serving is "low"?

Also, what is more important, low carb or low cal?

Example: 160 cals with 0 carbs (Marie's chuncky blue cheese) vs. 120 cals with 2 carbs (Kraft blue cheese)

How do you determine which is better for the plan?

Thanks,

Lacy

Edit: Never mind. I found it. 6 gm of carbs (or less) and 5 gm fat (or less) can be used as a healthy fat serving.

Good topic though - what are your favorite salad dressings that are acceptable for L&G?

I use Walden Farms, but they count as a condiment and not a fat serving, but the longer on plan the better they taste. They now sell them at Kroger too! I hear Newman's Own Light and Light Done Right by Kraft are also Excellent! Best of Luck! Dan
