They only require on bar per day, so I could try to substitute with something comparable ... any suggestions on soy-free bars with lots of nutrients, 150 calories, 10g protein and 20g carbs? Would my subbing the bars for another one (or just food that fits the profile) ruin the benefits of the diet and I might as well not bother? (I would also be annoyed to have to pay for the bars even though I won't use them - I'll have to find out if I can leave 'em out of the order).
Anyway, I'm hoping for advice and support here. I'm so frustrated. I'm eager to get on a meal replacement/ meal delivery diet and I just can't seem to find a soy-free one (or one that will let me customize the rest of my many food allergies out). And yet I am SICK of calorie counting with zero results.
I'm literally crying I'm so frustrated!!!
