I have just joined the Medifast program and am awaiting my first shipment of food. As someone who has a lot of weight to lose, I am totally enthused about the program. I like that I will always have a limited choice of options for most of my meals and the L & G one will be healthy without too many carbs which are my downfall. I come from an Atkins and WW background. On those programs I kept bingeing and made little progress.
Last year I lost 60 pounds on my own but have been stymied by my bingeing since then and put 20 back on.
I am psyched to be here
and ready to make a serious commitment to the plan.
