Hi, Please Let Me Join Y'all.
 

I have just joined the Medifast program and am awaiting my first shipment of food. As someone who has a lot of weight to lose, I am totally enthused about the program. I like that I will always have a limited choice of options for most of my meals and the L & G one will be healthy without too many carbs which are my downfall. I come from an Atkins and WW background. On those programs I kept bingeing and made little progress.
Last year I lost 60 pounds on my own but have been stymied by my bingeing since then and put 20 back on.

I am psyched to be here :carrot: and ready to make a serious commitment to the plan.

Hello. I am new too. I am waiting to start after my vacation next week. I also come from a WW background. I am looking forward to having a little less "flexibility" in my plan. I can't seem to keep from crossing that line... if a little snack is OK, then a little more is OK too. :T

I will probably place my order when I get back.... so I should be starting about two weeks from now.

Hello, my name is Amy I am new as well. Placed my order just a while ago. I will be doing only two weeks initially just to test drive. I have been following WW for about a month now and have lost 10 pounds, yet gained back two?? I have been 100% on plan! I just need more structure I guess.
Anyway hope to hear some success stories from you all.

Hi Everyone! I wish these boards were a bit more active, but so grateful you all are here and I LOVE Medifast! It rocks and is really easy. Who Knew? I was worried I would fail yet again! Not this time! Medifast allowed me to lose 85 lbs in 16 weeks! So, Medifast Rocks! Woo Hoo! We can do it! Dan-O
