Angry Weekly Weigh In 3/18 - 3/24

Well, I knew that I had 3 bad days last week and I only exercised once and I wasn't drinking my water but I didn't think it was this bad.

I gained 4.8 lbs, last night!!!

But I am moving past it, I had a perfect OP day yesterday and I will have another today and next week we will have a loss.

How is everyone else doing?

Question Water question

OK I am new at this so I will go ahead and ask. What is with drinking the water, people are like fanatics about drinking water, if I drank as much as some people talk about I would spend half the day in the bathroom peeing

Yes, we are water fanatics and there was a time that I didn't think there was any way I could drink a gallon a day, but then one day I tried and I was in the bathroom every 15 min and felt water logged, but the next day wasn't so bad and every day after that got better. The general thought is that water flushes the fat out of your body and helps curb hunger. I swear by it! Why not give it a try!! Join us on the water thread!! The rule of thumb is you should drink 1/2 your body weight in water, I try and drink a gallon every day.

I weighed in at 308 . Down a pound. I am having a medical problem at the moment so .......... on Thursday I was down to 306
Friday..... 308......Saturday 310 so I am not really quite sure. I do know I was down four pounds before the pain in my kidney started. So I will take the one pound and if I suddenly register an
unreasonable weigh lose we shall know that I actually lost more this week. Still OP and ............MY COMPUTER IS BACK ....YIPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Default Can I join the weigh in?

I am new here and wondered if I could oin the weekly weigh in? I have decided to only weight myself once a week on Mondays. I have a tendency to fluctuate 3-5 pounds if I weigh daily, I than just get frusterated and then have to start all over.
Mondays weight: 223
Goal weight: 125

I lost 6 LBS this week!! Yippeee!! Bringing me to 278. Soooo... 1 more lb. and I've lost 20!

Well done to all you losers!

Okay, so I'm getting seriously depressed now. The same 3 pounds has been coming on and off for me for the last 2 months. NO LOSS!! I'm seriously upset about this, and can't see how any more is going to come off now, when I need to get rid of at least another 20.

I'm in danger of losing heart.

Keep it up you guys.
