Default hooray 20 pounds :) finally
im so happy today im just below my long standing shortterm goal of 20 pounds .. and i must say there is a big difference in me.. how i feel my energy my clothes every thing.. and its great .. i feel young and healthy and very very happy .. so i suppose in should share some pictures.. my avater picture was taken last night but here is my face before

and here is the body before and now


so yeah im over the moon ( dont you love my slippers??? lol )

Thanks every one its amazing how i feel and you know what. I thought i was happy before.. lol..

I always see the lighter things in life i can laugh at most things.. but .. happy before .. now im not sure about that.. i know how i feel now.. and now im happy.. i seem to think i might have been pretending i was happy lol.. does that make sense?

Anyway.. im not sure what to set as my next goal.. since 20 pounds took 6 months and got very hard at times.. im just gonna enjoy being under my goal for a while before i decide .. lol
