  • im so happy today im just below my long standing shortterm goal of 20 pounds .. and i must say there is a big difference in me.. how i feel my energy my clothes every thing.. and its great .. i feel young and healthy and very very happy .. so i suppose in should share some pictures.. my avater picture was taken last night but here is my face before

    so yeah im over the moon ( dont you love my slippers??? lol )

    I always see the lighter things in life i can laugh at most things.. but .. happy before .. now im not sure about that.. i know how i feel now.. and now im happy.. i seem to think i might have been pretending i was happy lol.. does that make sense?

    Anyway.. im not sure what to set as my next goal.. since 20 pounds took 6 months and got very hard at times.. im just gonna enjoy being under my goal for a while before i decide .. lol
