I'm starting a thread with my planned mini-goals, and when I reach one then I can just update here.
Current Weight: 169
1st mini-goal: 5% loss - 160 (-9lbs)
2nd mini-goal: 10% loss - 152 (-17lbs)
3rd mini-goal: 15% loss - 144 (-25lbs)
4th mini-goal: 20% loss - 135 (-34lbs)
5th and final goal: 25% loss - 127 (-42lbs) original goal is 130
I haven't decided on rewards yet, but I will post them when I do.
This seems do-able. I just need to get motivated! I know I can... I've done it before. Cripes, I was 220... and got down to 147. That's a 73lb loss. I KNOW I can do this. It's about time I did, too.
