It depends on if you are exercising at low, medium or high intensity. If you are walking at low intensity...you don't sweat, your breathing stays regular, you can sing or talk....moderate intensity, you can talk but not sing, you breathing is often and deep, and you are sweating after 10 minutes of exercising... high intensity, you can talk briefly but can not sing, you breathing is rapid and deep and you are sweating after 3-5 minutes.
For a 30 minute walk at low intensity it is 1 activity point. For a 30 minute walk at medium intensity it is 2 activity points and for a 30 minute walk at high intensity it is 5 activity points. I checked on ww online.
Low for 60 minutes is 3 points
moderate for 60 is 4 points
High for 60 is 9 points
