Week 1 results:

THere are two teams, mine has four members and another team (don't know their details).

In my team, we lost a total 1% bodyfat and 11.6 lbs.

Pssst. I'm in the lead. I lost 5.6 lbs, another lost 3 and the remaining few pounds were 1 and change each for my other mates.

(I attribute my weight loss to Atkins and working out. I eat about 2000-2300 calories 60-70% fat /20-30% protein/10% carbs. My workout schedule is:

Monday--1 hr boot camp
Tuesday--1hr group training
Wednesday--rest
Thursday--1hr group training
Friday--1hr group training
Saturday--1hr flexibility sessions, 1 hr Pilates, 1 hour cardio/core
Sunday--50m spinning, 30 minute abs, 45 minute aqua tone
