Cool Totally excited!
I just found out that I am

I am so excited but also nervous since I miscarried in April. I am due July 15, 2008! I just had to share my news!

I am down to 305, which is amazing! But I am not sure what to do now. I know I will lose weight the first tri, I did with Chandler. But I am not sure if I should be exercising like I had been. I guess the OB will let me know when I see him in 4 wks.

Enjoy every minute of this wonderful blessing... As for what to do - Ask your OB to guide you with regard to exercise (remember never to lift anything heavy!) and you may ask that he refer you to a registered dietician if you have questions about losing/gaining weight/maintaining weight during pregnancy.
