I just put in my weight as of today in my Daily Plate. That lowered my cals per day to 1300 something. I should've known it would go down but I never thought about it. I had 1326 today and I'm over. I was thinking I had 1427. That's the number I've come to know so well. I'm so dumb.
I've had 1300 and under like 5 times this whole diet. This is going to get harder!
(Not that I thought it would soon get easier!)
