That really sucks!

  • I just put in my weight as of today in my Daily Plate. That lowered my cals per day to 1300 something. I should've known it would go down but I never thought about it. I had 1326 today and I'm over. I was thinking I had 1427. That's the number I've come to know so well. I'm so dumb. I've had 1300 and under like 5 times this whole diet. This is going to get harder! (Not that I thought it would soon get easier!)

    I'm glad I have you all to complain to. I really appreciate your shoulders!

    Well, the FitDay I use (downloaded version) will go below 1200, with a warning saying that one shouldn't do that. The alternative in FitDay is to lose less quickly... or to add exercise so that you have some room to go above 1200.

  • Yeah, I don't think I've ever gone over 1300 for my "net" (after exercise) calories. ut, I try not to look at those. I WON'T go below 1200.
