WOW - these are very impressive posts. Way to go, ladies!
I did 30 minutes at Curves, then 50 minutes of "Walking for Weight Loss". I have decided that, instead of whining about Curves, I'm going to supplement it each day with some other form of exercise. Yoga/Pilates class tomorrow...
This is my second day of exercising, I am still on 25 minutes on the elliptical, and I am doing 10 -12 minutes of free weights, yesterday I did 12 minutes of leg lifts, ect, today only 6. I still have my TOM, so I feel ok, hopefully next week, I will work up to 30 minutes on the elliptical, I also ordered Turbo Jam, and it should be here next week.
I walked 2 miles today. I was pushing 2 kids in a double stroller, so I think it should count as 4 miles. I acutally added it up - with the stroller and the kids, I'm pushing an extra 60+ lbs of weight!
Tuesday: 1 hr walking, 1 hr cardio at the gym - trainer deliberately bumped my workout up about 3 notches this week and I'm feeling it this morning.
Today will be: 1 hr walking, Day 1 of couch to 5K programme. I used to run as a teenager and have wanted to start again, so this seems the best place to start...
Last night: Walked 15 minutes (which for me is evidence that my new lifestlye is taking hold. We had Boy Scouts and got home at 8:30...before the changes, I would have just thrown up my hands and not done anything. BUT...there was still daylight, so I grabbed the dog and went outside. Walked up and down the street until it got dark!)
